PCI Compliance and Tokenization: We use Square, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor, to securely handle all payment card transactions. When you save a payment method to your profile:

  • Your actual card details (card number, CVV, expiration date) are sent directly to Square's secure servers and never stored in our database
  • Square encrypts and securely stores your card information in their PCI-compliant infrastructure
  • We only store a non-sensitive token or reference ID provided by Square, which cannot be used to recreate your actual card details
  • This tokenization process ensures your sensitive payment information remains secure and compliant with industry standards
